This award honours clubs making outstanding efforts to grow Rotary through strategic membership initiatives. Both categories reflect not just growth in numbers, but the clubs' ability to attract and retain new Rotarians who align with Rotary values.

Requirements to Win:
- Award 1 - Most Members Inducted:
Awarded to the club that inducted the highest number of new members during the Rotary year. This award may be shared by clubs if equal numbers are inducted within the current Rotary year. - Award 2 - Best Membership Growth Ratio (By Aggregate):
Determined by dividing total current membership by the number of new members added. This rewards smaller clubs achieving strong proportional growth.
