Best International Project Award (Presented by International Chair Janne Speirs)
Award Objective:
To recognize a Rotary or Rotaract club that has demonstrated exceptional leadership and impact in carrying out an international service project that fosters global goodwill, sustainable development, and cross-border collaboration.
 
Requirements to Win:
  • Open to all Rotary and Rotaract clubs.
  • The nominated international service project must:
    • Be implemented outside the club’s home country.
    • Have been substantially active within the current or most recent Rotary year.
    • Must address a significant need aligned with one or more of Rotary’s 7 Areas of Focus
    • Reflect active club involvement, beyond financial support.
    • There must be direct participation by club members (planning, communication, monitoring).
    • Project should promote Rotary's international work through media or public platforms.
    • Awards criteria for all clubs commence from July 1, 2025 (you can back date)
    • Deadline for submissions: 1st May 2026
