Katy is an experienced strategic consultant, facilitator and speaker. She thinks long term and makes it relevant for now, so we can do something about it.

Her work focuses on equipping all types of people with the skills, attitude and tools for being ready for the long term.   She loves to think differently about how we can connect with our community and believes organisations such as Rotary bring key critical social infrastructure in an increasingly disrupted world.

She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of St Luke's Health, Brand Tasmania, Corumbene Care Inc and Tasmanian Leaders Inc.

Katy will share some key trends that are shaping our communities in Victoria and Tasmania in the next 10 years.

She will identify some great opportunities for organisations, like Rotary, to contribute as things continue to change over the next decade. She’ll also suggest ways we could engage with a broad range of community members and inspire ideas for you to take back to your Districts, fostering more projects or partnerships that could make a real difference.
