Alma Reynolds

Alma Reynolds is the current Chair of the District 9815 Foundation Committee and has held positions of D9810 District Governor (2020-21), District Secretary, Assistant Governor, Club President, Club Secretary, District Foundation Committee (District Grants), and Club Foundation Chair.

For most of her Rotary career, Alma has been impressed by the work and the scope of the Rotary Foundation.

“Everything about the Foundation proves that it is the ideal vehicle for carrying out its mission of "doing good in the world”. Whether one is concerned with the integrity of the organisation, the sustainability of projects, the positive impact within communities, or the financial accountability, the Rotary Foundation can provide reassurance to donors,” she said.

“Once I really became aware of the Rotary Foundation and how it was administered, I became a regular donor, and I would encourage all Rotarians to do the same.”

The District Foundation Committees of 9815 and 9830 are staffing two displays in the House of Friendship – one about grants and one about fund raising. Please, come and say hello at one or other (or both) of the stands.
