Operation Grain Harvest Assist
In 2021, Garry established a national volunteer Veteran program, Operation Grain Harvest Assist, to train ADF Veterans to successfully transition into roles operating major equipment in Australia’s $60+ Billion Agricultural industry.
Operation Grain Harvest Assist is planned to transition during 2025 to the nationwide Veterans Supporting Agriculture Foundation, supporting the grains (including rice), cotton, cattle and sheep sectors of Australian agriculture across the country, linking ADF Veterans into full or part time harvest-support roles in Agriculture.
