Date: Saturday 15th – Sunday 16th March 2025
Registration: 8.30am for 9am start Saturday morning. (All attendees will have a lanyard)
Venue: Silverwater Resort, 17 Potters Hill Rd, San Remo VIC
Meals - All meals are to be supplied. Please advise any dietary requirements on the registration form.
Saturday night – Meal supplied; all drinks, however, paid for by attendee.
Accommodation – All accommodation is to be paid for by clubs. Min 2-night stay @$220 per night. Clubs will need to fill out the registration to confirm.
Clubs will not be required to pay the venue. The District will invoice clubs.
President Elects choosing to stay will arrive on Friday night.
Sunday – The final session ends at lunchtime. Lunch will then be served.
