Gala Dinner
A highlight of a District Conference is the Gala Dinner held on the Saturday evening. Dust off the dancing shoes and dress to impress whether in theme or cocktail style for a night of socialising, dancing and scrumptious three course meal. The 2025-26 Gala Dinner Theme is ‘Nautical’!

- Location: Federation Ballroom, Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart
- Date: 14 March 2026
- Time: 6:30 pm arrival for 7 pm commencement
- Photographers will be taking photos throughout the evening, including Club photos during arrival for those who want a group photo
- Initial drink provided followed by cash bar
- Theme nautical
- Prizes for Best Dressed Clubs
- Cost: included as part of the full conference experience, otherwise by itself at $140pp.
