We have a brand-new District Assembly over two weekends. It will feature different segments and new facilitators. So, if you want to learn more about Rotary whether you’re a President Elect, Secretary or interested member, this on-line assembly is for you.
We will run it over two weekends, Saturday 17th May and Saturday 24th May.
The sessions will run for 45 mins and commence on the hour. It is open to all members. All sessions will be online. There will be brand-new sessions for everyone to enjoy.

A Weekend to Remember – District 9815 Rotary District Conference
In a celebration of service, connection, and inspiration, the recent District 9815 Rotary District Conference delivered an unforgettable experience for all who attended. From thought-provoking keynote speakers to vibrant discussions between delegates, the atmosphere buzzed with purpose and possibility. Delegates left recharged and united, reminded of the profound impact Rotary makes—locally and globally.
Friendships were forged, ideas were sparked, and the future of service was reimagined. Whether it was the energy of the opening plenary, the warmth of fellowship over shared meals, or the sheer joy of dancing the night away at the Gala Dinner, every moment reflected the heart and soul of Rotary. This wasn’t just a conference—it was a movement in motion. A new District forged with endless possibilities ahead.

Planting Seeds of Leadership – President Elect Training at Silverwater Resort
Nestled on the edge of the bay at Silverwater Resort in San Remo, 93 passionate and future-focused Rotary leaders gathered for the District 9815 President Elect Training Seminar—a weekend that proved to be so much more than just training.
From the moment the doors opened, there was an energy in the air: a quiet hum of anticipation, mixed with the excitement of possibility. These weren’t just attendees—there were Presidents in the making, each one stepping up to lead their club into a new Rotary year, filled with purpose and promise and the trainers who offered their experience and guidance to ensure every President to be had a backup.
The days were full: sessions rich with insight, shared stories that sparked new ideas, and conversations that reminded us why we serve. But in the in-between moments—the laughter over coffee, the personal breakthroughs during group work, the nods of encouragement from across the room—the real magic happened.
At the heart of it all was connection. Despite coming from different corners of District 9815, this group left with a united vision: to lead with heart, to inspire action, and to make Rotary a force for good in every community it touches.
By the time the sun set over San Remo, the seeds of strong, capable, and compassionate leadership had been planted—and they’re already beginning to grow. The future of our district is bright because President Elects dared to step forward, learn together, and lead with purpose.
It will be an incredible year ahead for District 9815!
